Bain & Company Career Panel : Case Interview Workshop :: MCCB

MCCB(Management Consulting Club at Berkeley) will be hosting a Career Panel about Case Interview Preparation on March 2, 2012 (Friday). 

Are you interested in getting to know about management consulting? This event is open to students of all class levels. To learn more about recruiting with the Seoul office of Big 3 management consulting firms ( i.e. Mickensy & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company, etc.) , please come check out and meet our MCCB people and a professional from the Seoul office of Bain & Company. 

This is an outstanding opportunity to learn about how to prepare for case interview when you look for an internship or a full-time job within management consulting.

During the session, we will mainly discuss and learn about “how to succeed in case interviews and fit interviews.” There will be also a Q&A session.

저희 Management Consulting Club at Berkeley 는 전략컨설팅으로 커리어 Path 를 준비하는 클럽입니다.

저번 학기(2011년 9월)에 처음 만들어진 이후, 현재 Top 전략컨설팅에 취업한 졸업생 3 명을 포함한 16 명의 버클리 한인학생으로 구성되어있습니다. 미국 대학 내 첫 한인 컨설팅 클럽으로, 학회형식의 클럽 방향성을 가지고 가려고 합니다. 또한, 향후 미국 주요 대학내의 한인 컨설팅 클럽 설립 및 컨설턴트 네트워크 형성을 목표로 두고 있습니다.

‘Management Consulting Club at Berkeley’ is America’s first Korean consulting club. Our club consists of members who are interested in management consulting career in Korea. 

Though our club is quite new, we have three alumni members who are currently working at top global consulting firms located in Korea. In the near future we hope to expand our network throughout top colleges/ universities in the US as well as our alumni network in Korea.

안녕하세요 Club President 성 정환(John)입니다. 

내일 진행될 패널은 베인에서 주최하는 것이 아니라, 저희 컨설팅 학회에서 독립적으로 준비한 이벤트입니다. 내일 오시게 되면, 실제 베인에서 일하고 계시는 Senior Associate 한 분이 오셔서 자기 경험담을 바탕으로 경영전략 컨설팅에서 하는 일은 무엇인지, 그리고 유수의 탑 전략 컨설팅에 들어가기 위해 준비해야 할 것은 무엇인지에 대해 들어볼 것입니다.

마지막으로 저희가 야심차게 준비한 프로그램으로, 어디서 돈주고도 볼 수 없는 Mock Case Interview 세션을 준비하여, 저희 멤버 중 한명이 나와 베인 컨설턴트 분과 함께 문제를 푸는 시간을 가질 겁니다. 이 세션은 " 케이스 인터뷰는 저런것이구나" 를 알 수 있는 유익한 시간이 될 것으로 생각 됩니다. 

모든 페널이 종료 되면, 저희 MCCB 클럽 멤버와 베인에서 오신 분과의 네트워킹 세션을 가질 예정이오니 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

덧붙입니다. 혼자 오신다고 걱정하시는 분이 계실거라 생각합니다. 본 클럽멤버 대부분 서로 몰랐던 학생들이 뭉쳐서 만들어진 클럽입니다. 그리고 저희가 결속력이 강해졌던 이유도 각각의 어느정도 네트워크에 대한 갈망과 같은 목표를 두고 서로 의견을 공유하였기 때문입니다. 오십시오. ! 많은사람들의 참여가 우리 스스로가 원하는 타 학교보다 더나은 UC버클리 한인 Professional네트워크 형성에 큰 도움이 될것 입니다.
